CWG 2022 Medals Tally: Where does India Stand?
Indian athletes have made their country immensely proud in the Commonwealth Games 2022. CWG 2022 commenced on 28th July, 2022 in Birmingham, England and this is the 18th time Indian athletes are taking part in the Common Wealth Games. 72 Nations from 5 continents are participating in the CWG 2022 and the number of participants from India this year is 322.
India ranks 5th in the CWG 2022 Medals Tally while Australia has secured the first rank with 50 Gold medals, 46 Bronze Medals and 44 Silver Medals, making 140 the total medal count for the Australian team.
CWG 2022 Medals Tally: India takes home 27 medals
So far, India has already won 28 medals. Out of the 28 medals, 9 are gold, 10 bronze medals and the remaining 9 are silver medals:
