Answer Key for JEE Main Session 2 exam is finally out

Good news for students who have appeared for the JEE Main Session 2 exam in July, 2022! The National Testing Agency has released the answer key on 3rd August, 2022 (Wednesday) for JEE Main 2022 (Session 2) exam which started on 25th July, 2022 in multiple exam centers all over India and abroad. The last date of the exam was 30th July, 2022 and the exam was conducted in CBT mode. The total number of candidates who appeared for the exam is 6,29,778.

Where to check the JEE Main Session 2 (July 2022) Answer Key?

Candidates who have appeared for Session 2 of Joint Entrance Examination (Main) in July, 2022 can now check verify their answers with the help of the provisional answer key. The answer key is now available on NTA’s official website- jeemain.nta.nic.in. Date of Birth and Application Number are the two login credentials required to check the answer key published by NTA. This helps students calculate their marks prior to the release of the score card and have an idea on how they have performed in the test.

JEE Main Session 2 Exam: Provisional Answer Key Objection Fee:

Please note that the Answer Key for JEE Main Session 2 Exam is provisional and candidates can challenge the answer key if they are confident the answer is incorrect. However, they need to pay Rs. 200 as processing fee for each challenged question. The fee can be paid online via Paytm, credit card or debit card and will be non-refundable. After all queries are resolved, NTA will publish the final answer key on the official website which will be non-objectionable.

Steps to download the Provisional Answer Key for JEE Main Session 2 Exam

Follow these simple steps and go through the answer key now-

  • Visit the official site of NTA- jeemain.nta.nic.in.
  • On the homepage, find the following link: ‘Display of Provisional Answer Keys and Question Paper with Recorded Responses for Answer Key Challenge for Joint Entrance Examination (Main) – 2022 Session 2 (July 2022).’
  • Clicking on the direct link will take you to the login page where you have to enter your date of birth, application number and password before hitting the ‘submit’ button.
  • Your provisional Answer Key for JEE Main Session 2 will appear on the screen.
  • Check it carefully before raising objections. Also, download and take a print out of the answer key for future reference.
